Three superior homes available in scenic Scarrington

Wynbrook Homes are currently on site and building a luxury development in Scarrington. The development in sought after rural Scarrington, located on Main Street will see three, five-bed, brand new homes for sale.

The development is on the site of a former 1970’s style house, in the Vale of Belvoir and is in keeping with the contextual design of the surrounding area.

Notts based Rayner Davies Architects, who have offices in Nottingham and Maidstone Kent, designed the houses. Jonathan Bramley of Rayner Davies said, ”this has been a great project to work on, and the plans for the houses see a luxury development that we are really pleased with.

This is the second project Rayner Davies has done with Wynbrook Homes, following on from their work with them at Blackscotch Lane in Mansfield.  Rayner Davies designed the homes to be a subtle blend of the contemporary and traditional, reflecting the type of homes modern buyers are seeking.

The houses will be due for release in the autumn.
