Founding member of Rayner Davies. Steve's particular roles within the firm include practice administration and commercial projects. He has particular experience within the residential and retail sectors. He is also responsible for the operation of all office IT and management systems. He is chairman of Nottingham Interact.
Neil Davies

Architect and Director
Registered as an architect in 1987, later founding the practice in 1991. Director of the Kent office. Specializes in urban and rural Planning Consultancy, advice on Listed and historic buildings as well as continuing the reputation of designing cost effective buildings across all sectors to achieve functionality and variety.
Chris Goodwin

Architect and Associate Director
Chris has a range of experience in Retail, Office, Leisure, Education and Residential sectors including conservation and urban design. This includes the conversion of grade II* listed buildings to a further education college, bars, hotel, offices and residential uses and HQ office buildings for MCL-Experian and Games Workshop.

Architect
Joined Rayner Davies Architects in 2007 and has since worked on a variety of projects in the commercial and private sectors. These have included sensitive works to listed buildings, feasibility studies for large retail schemes and smaller residential projects for private clients.
Joe Player

Joe has been involved with a wide variety of schemes ranging from private and commercial residential works through to office, industrial and retail projects. He is also the practice CPD coordinator, and frequently helps with marketing.
Aiden Bell

Architectural Assistant
Aiden joined Rayner Davies in 2006 working on a variety of projects from listed buildings through to bespoke domestic schemes. A strong interest in Integrated Environmental Design and Sustainability supports his architectural approach.
Phil Mundell
HNC Building Studies
Architectural Technician
Phil joined Rayner Davies in 1999. He is an architectural technician with considerable experience across a number of areas but his primary interests are in the residential sector. He is currently studying architecture through the RIBA OBE course at Oxford Brookes University and hopes to finish before old age.

Steve Joined Rayner Davies in 2000 after working for a number of architectural firms and contractors. He has a vast knowledge of construction methods and the practical aspects of building.
Denise Gardner
Practice Secretary
Denise joined Rayner Davies in 2006 after working in a number of construction and legal offices. She is responsible for all day to day administration in the office.
Louise Flisher
Finance
Louise is responsible for all financial aspects of Rayner Davies. A tax accountant by profession, she works on a consultancy basis for a number of local firms.

Nick joined the practice on a year out placement in summer 2008 and has since been involved with a range of projects, predominantly across the commercial, retail and leisure sectors.
