New Deal for Communities acquired the All Saints Centre in Nottingham from the local parish in 2005. It was in use as a collection of small workshops, and a local alcohol dependency unit.

The intention was to retain the existing use, but to refurbish the property which had suffered from some neglect. It is Grade II Listed. The works involved overhauling the external fabric, including cleaning the stonework, and improving the internal services. Completed in two phases, the large sports hall to the rear was converted for use by the local YMCA into a healthy living centre.
