In light of the new major redevelopment of Trinity Square into a mixed use residential and retail scheme opposite the YMCA’s Nottinghamshire headquarters, shifting the retail heart of the city northwards, a natural opportunity exists to provide retail accommodation to the ground floor of their building.
Remodelling of the front elevation and internal spaces has been sympathetically designed to retain existing important elements of the Grade II Listed Art Deco building, enabling future retail tenants to utilise these as part of their fit out to achieve interesting and relevant shop units.
Further redevelopment of the building will also include remodelling main entrance and office accommodation and the comprehensive upgrading of hostel units.
