Ashbourne House enjoys a prominent position overlooking a park in north Nottingham.

The area is characterised by a number of relatively large properties which historically were home to the Nottingham merchant classes.  More recently many of these have fallen into a state of disrepair.  Braemore Properties purchased Ashbourne House with the intention of creating a high quality work environment.

The building contains four self contained office suites, each with a distinctive character.
